We Love Our Patients!

What’s the one thing that we love more than dentistry!? Our Patients!! During an appointment in one of our dental chairs, we’re trying to improve or maintain the state of your oral health, provide you with a confident smile, and feel appreciated by our team. After you leave, we’re still trying to do the same thing! We want to make growing with Grove an enjoyable experience and we’ll do everything in our power to see that Grove Dental smile! When you join the #GroveDental family, you can expect an array of options and opportunities. And at times, you may not even expect what we’re about to do next. Patients of the Month

Each month, our team comes together to pick one or two lucky winners to be our Patient(s) of the Month! When chosen, we will notify you personally to give you the great news. As our winners, you typically receive movie tickets to a local theater along with a $50 restaurant gift card to places such as Judy’s On Cherry, Abe’s by Chef Alan, Beverly Hills Tavern, and The Cheesecake Factory. But that’s not all. We then will donate another $50 to a charity of your choosing. The donation will be made on your behalf. In-Office Luxuries

What would make you feel more comfortable as you walk into the dentist? A cup of coffee? A familiar tune? A little conversation? We want you to feel less like you’re in a dental office and more like you’re in the care of a good friend… who really likes oral hygiene! Take a sip from our beverage station where you can satisfy your thirst with water, coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. If you’d like something bubbly, we have sparkling water, too! While you’re in the care of our dentist or hygienist, listen to some tunes on the headset, watch television on the ceiling, or cuddle up in a blanket if its a bit chilly! You won’t leave empty handed either. After your first visit, you’ll have a special care package with items to bring home!

Join Us on a Holiday

Come in on a holiday and we may have a little something extra for you! We’ve given flowers on Mother’s Day and a special treat on St. Patrick’s Day. Whenever we have a chance to celebrate with you, we will!

Referring Friends and Family

Do you love us, too? We want to repay you when you talk about us to your friends and family! When you refer someone to us, you first receive a Free Car Wash to Auto Spa car wash. For years, we would then enter you into our quarterly referral contests. Once you refer the most patients, you’re our winner! With varying prizes and values, we want to give you something extra special for spreading the word! In 2017, our quarterly prize were: Quarter 1: Health & Wellness Package Quarter 2: A Brand New Grill! Quarter 3: $600 Gift Card to Home Depot Quarter 4: $650 Gift card to Spa at Hotel Hershey In 2018, our referral contest is slightly altered. We still reward you for referring patients, but you will instead receive an extra point into our Grove Dental Jeep Giveaway!

Jeep Giveaway

If you haven’t heard the news about our Jeep Giveaway contest, you’re clearly not following us on social media or not attending your dental appointments (Shame on you! Do both!) We are giving one lucky patient Dr. Jeff’s Jeep! It’s simple to enter and can receive additional points by following us on our social media accounts.

Patient Appreciation Events

We like you all so much, we want to start hosting Patient Appreciation events. Our first one will clearly be the biggest of all at the Fightin’ Phils stadium on July 15, 2018.
