Why is there a running mannequin in our lobby you ask? Gutsy Girl is the official mascot of the Guts & Glory Health & Wellness Expo which is taking place for the 3rd year in a row at the Reading Phillies Stadium on Saturday, October 8, 2016 from 11 am - 4 pm! The event features:
- Expert lectures on nutrition, fitness, & healthy living
- Kid targeted zones on healthy eating and exercise
- Free screenings
- Holistic experts and stress relief tips
- Massage Stations
- Group exercise presentations
- Healthy cooking demonstrations
- Interactive exhibit of a human colon
- Informational booths
- Live music by Hector Rosado Band
- Healthy Food (ie: organic farmer’s markets with healthy food for sale)
Dr. Jeff is one of the featured speakers at this event and Grove Dental will have a table there as well!
Gutsy Girl spends about a week or two at all of the different local business organizations that sponsor this event. Look for her at Body Zone, Digestive Disease Associates, The Spine & Wellness Center, St. Joseph’s Hospital, Redners Markets, Clover Farms Dairy, y102, and many others around town!
